An excellent weekend for auction results across the Mornington Peninsula with 8 out of the 11 properties all successfully changing hands.  Despite the atrocious weather, punters were keen to secure their investment before the spring campaigns begin.

Rye is fast becoming one of the more sought after peninsula positions.  15 Ozone Street, a large block 1012sqm approx is cherry ripe for development and was knocked down for a tad over $1M on Saturday.  Rye is a spot to keep your eye on.

The team at Kay & Burton Flinders office, had little trouble selling 224 Barkers Road Main Ridge.  When property comes up for sale here it goes quickly, such a perfect piece of the peninsula.

You can check out the weekends auctions results at the tile below and see our best premium peninsula property buys.  We’ll be back later with our home of the week.  Happy hump day.
