The last couple of weeks have seen a few interesting premium properties hit the peninsula market.  Today we thought we highlight a few that have caught our eye across the region.

First up 169 Humphries Road Frankston South

Ask a resident of Frankston South where they live; they tell you Frankston before emphasising the “SOUTH”. Frankston South people are proud of their slice of the peninsula pie.  There’s a rift between them and the locals of Frankston and Mount Eliza; its unspoken and not readily admitted, but when you’ve lived in the area long enough you know it’s real.

Humphries Road is the demarcation line separating Mount Eliza from Frankston South and connects directly with Nepean Highway or alternatively Moorooduc Highway with this home sitting right in the middle of either option.

Her grand opening is this Saturday July 28th, between 1:00PM – 1:30PM. Described as a country styled farmhouse with a modern edge, the property takes in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, multiple living areas and outdoor entertaining including an inground pool, separate spa all positioned on a large 3648sqm approx. block.  Priced between $1,700,000 – $1,850,000 it’s up there for a 3 bedroom footprint.

29 Seamist Drive Arthurs Seat

Athurs Seat sits at the highest point on the peninsula, taking a protective and linkage vantage point across the district.  One of the oldest areas, settled by the Purves family, she’s home to the regions famous chair lift, several wineries, the enchanted maze, pig & whistle hotel and beautiful open gardens. Steeped in historical significance, Arthurs Seat is a day trippers dream.

Lifestyle properties are in vouge on the peninsula and this year we’ve seen a healthy number successfully marketed and sold.  29 Seamists Drive Arthurs Seat is another, set on 15 acres just off Purves Road, it has the hobby farm, rural retreat vibe.  The homestead is large 40sqs approx. taking in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 living zones, a billiards room and 2 open fireplaces.  Add in 100 mature olive trees and your set to go.  The price tag $2,500,000 sits in the zone for comparable property currently on the market. Open this Saturday between 3:00PM – 3:30PM; I think we’ll pop down and have a sticky beak.

2 Freemans Road Mount Eliza

There’s new movement in the Mount Eliza real estate agency fraternity with Vicky Sayers soon opening her own RT Edgar office in the village.  Vicki is well known in these parts and it’s a great pleasure to see her bite the bullet and establish herself on her home turf.

One of her premium listing is 2 Freemans Road Mount Eliza. A stunning home steeped in history, having been the abode of well respected gardeners nursing the botany over its lifetime.  Situated in a very tightly held and much-loved part of the Mount’s establishment, the property is a sprawling manor set on 3582sqm approx. and has been a loved home for generations.  The accommodations are substantial and would benefit families at all life stages.  Plenty of separation for teenagers and warmth and comfort for young ones.  4 bedrooms, multiple living zones, quiet and peaceful with a ripper garage workshop for dad.  Open by appointment, the property sits in the $3,200,000 – $3,500,000 zone consummate with the surroundings and its location.  One of our favourite homes currently on the Mount Eliza market.

Plenty of quality stock available in the premium marketplace.  You can see our best picks at the tiles below.  Happy hump day and catch you later in the week.
