Langwarrin South is an established rural setting away from the activity found in Langwarrin and neighbouring Frankston.  You’ll find large homes on acreage or at least much larger blocks that have been in the district for generations.  Real estate activity is a considered process with property changing hands on average every 20 to 25 years.  Once you buy here you stay.  There is no data for a median house price and the types of homes and land sizes do vary.
