With a median house price of $1,200,000; new peninsula inductees can be forgiven for putting a line through Mount Eliza and searching elsewhere for their sea change.  This beachside hamlet has enjoyed superior capital growth over the last 12 – 18 months, at one stage in 2017 the suburb sat second in Victoria for gains at 18%.  Its popularity has seen many priced out but having a scroll through the offerings in August there’s still a few tempting entry level homes for sale around the $1,000,000 mark.
