60% AUCTION CLEARANCE RATE FOR THE MORNINGTON PENINSULA

Last weekend was a small sample size with only 15 auctions conducted.  9 properties sold with 6 passed in.  Our best pick of the weekend; 5 Moore Street Mount Martha; sold after auction for a satisfactory result for both vendor and buyer.  Frankston, Dromana, Mornington and Mount Martha are continuing to perform as we head into the winter months.

The premium level market is still buoyant with some excellent property coming up for auction over the next two weekends.  Keep an eye on our posts as we showcase some special homes going under the hammer this month.

One that’s just been listed by McEwing & Partners is a must inspect for the lovers of history.

741 – 743 Point Nepean Road Rosebud; its first open home inspection is this Saturday between 12:00PM – 12:30PM; a Circa 1891 Victorian Mansion that’s been extensively updated and must be one of the most significant homes to hit the market in Rosebud in the past 18months.  Scheduled for auction in late July with an EPR of $2,800,000 – $3,000,000 she’s a stunning property for lovers of peninsula real estate.  A rare find  and sure to attract plenty of interest over its campaign.
